WHO WE ARE
More Than Toys is a Brunei-based online store selling cute and trendy toys, with delivery nationwide and self-pickup at Dalkom Cube, Kiulap.

PAYMENT
All prices are in Brunei Dollars (BND). We accept payment via:
– BIBD Transfer
– Baiduri Transfer
After checkout, transfer the exact amount within 24 hours and send your payment screenshot + order number to our WhatsApp. Orders unpaid after 24 hours will be automatically cancelled.
PROMOTIONS
We may offer promotional discounts from time to time. We reserve the right to modify or end any promotion at any time without notice.
DELIVERY
– Standard Delivery: B$3 nationwide, 1–4 working days after payment verification
– Free Shipping: Orders above B$50
– Delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur due to courier schedules or public holidays.
– Customers must provide accurate delivery addresses. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
SELF-PICKUP
Available at Dalkom Cube, Higher Point Complex, Kiulap. You will be notified via WhatsApp when your order is ready.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final. We only accept returns or exchanges if:
– You received the wrong item (our error)
– The item arrived defective (manufacturer fault)
We do NOT accept returns for change of mind, colour preference, or customer-caused damage.
To request a return: Contact us via WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving your order, with photos and your order number. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Approved refunds are processed via bank transfer within 7–14 working days.
CANCELLATIONS
No cancellations once payment has been made. Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after 24 hours.
DAMAGED OR LOST PARCELS
– Damaged: Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will investigate with the courier.
– Lost: Contact us within 7 days of expected delivery. Resolutions are case-by-case.
PRODUCT ACCURACY
We do our best to display accurate product images and descriptions. Minor colour or size variations may occur due to screen settings or production batches and are not considered defects.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website means you accept the updated terms.
